Flying has been his passion for over 35 years. He is a commercially licensed pilot with multi-engine and instrument ratings.
For over 35 years, he has owned and operated dryland and irrigated farm operations in Walla Walla and Columbia Counties. He previously managed irrigated farm ground in Franklin County prior to the growth of Pasco at which time he worked with the City of Pasco and Franklin County developing this property to residential and commercial use.

Jeff graduated from Catholic grade school, attended Catholic Seminary as a High School freshman, continued Catholic High School as a sophomore, and graduated from Issaquah High School.

Jim believes in giving back to the community that gave so much to him. As evidenced by his body of work as Washington State Representative and Pierce County Councilman, he is a tireless worker for the people he represents.
