Pam Haley - 4th Legislative District
Pam Haley has been serving as the Mayor of Spokane Valley since 2022. She has been a member of the Spokane Valley City Council since 2016 and served as the Deputy Mayor from 2018 to 2019. Pam is also a Republican Precinct Committee Officer, a role she has held since 2020.
Pam has over 32 years of experience as a small business owner, bringing practical business skills to her public service roles. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management with a minor in Education, an MBA with an emphasis on Human Resources, and a Master of Science in Education with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education, graduating with honors.
In addition to her roles in government, Pam is active in community service. She has been a Board Member of the Spokane Transit Authority, serving as the 2021 Board Chair. She is involved with the Spokane Regional Transportation Committee and the Greater Spokane Inc. Leadership Advisory Council as an Ex Officio member. Pam also serves on the Board for the Continuum of Care/Homelessness Program and is the Building Committee Chair for Project ID. She is a former board member of Visit Spokane.
Pam grew up in Spokane Valley and graduated from Central Valley High School. Her roles as Mayor and Councilmember have given her extensive experience in government budgeting, community partnerships, contract negotiations, and constituent advocacy on local, state, and federal issues.
